Welcome to Tomato Deliverz (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Tomato Deliverz app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the app (e.g., through unauthorized access, fraud, or illegal activity).
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If we detect misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
Orders placed through Tomato Deliverz are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.
Prices of food items, delivery fees, and taxes are displayed in the app before checkout.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are subject to restaurant or delivery policy (see section 4).
You may cancel your order before the restaurant accepts it.
Once accepted or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days.
If an incorrect or incomplete order is received, you can report the issue to support@tomatodeliverz.com for resolution.
Estimated delivery times are displayed for your convenience, but may vary due to factors like traffic or restaurant preparation time.
You must be available to receive your order at the address provided.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order amount may not be refunded.
You agree not to:
Use the app for any illegal or abusive activity.
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Post false reviews, spam, or harmful content.
Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
All content, logos, graphics, and designs in Tomato Deliverz are owned by Chakra App Studio or its partners.
You may not use them without prior written permission.
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Tomato Deliverz, its developers, or partners are not liable for:
Delays or order failures caused by restaurants or delivery partners
Loss or damage resulting from user negligence or third-party actions
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Your use of Tomato Deliverz is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it to understand how we handle your personal data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app or on our website.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
